The GP-I model pre-treatment production line for quick-frozen vegetable mainly consists of: high pressure cleaner, sorting conveyor, bubble cleaner, spiral blancher, normal temperature cooler, ice water per-cooler and vibration draining machine so as to realize automatic pre-treatment processes such as cleaning, sorting, blanching , cooling, pre-cooling and filtering of vegetables.
Designed through absorbing main advantages of same products at home and abroad, the production line can adjust blanching time and temperature of vegetables as well as conveying speed so as to achieve an optimal treatment effect of various vegetables. Featured by stable operation, reliable performance, economic energy consumption, small land area, simple use and convenient maintenance the equipment can be both operated singly and used in combination with others. Food processing machine is an automatic processing line. It can deal with a lot of products with different machines. For example garden bean, sweet corn, strawberry, cherry, apple dice, onion, tomato, mushroom, pumpkin dice, spinach, bean sprout and many other fruit and vegetable products, etc.

The GLZ model fluidized quick-freezing machine combines the latest technology of other same products from Sweden and Canada, realizing a real fluidized and perfect IQF effect.
Product features:
The conveying net belt adopts servo control. According to different material varieties and cloth thickness, the frequency of the jigging motion i.e. , the alternate forward and backward motion of the conveying belt can be adjusted during its forward conveying process. Even if the cloth thickness is doubled on the basis of the current technology, there is no adhesion of materials and no occurrence of channeling.
The two-section type net belt conveying is adopted. At the front and rear sections, the conveying speed of net belt and rotation speed of fan are controlled independently to meet the requirements of processing different materials.
The initial freezing section is provided with air bypass pulse device to enhance the fluidized effect so as to realize the rapid freezing.
The ADS air automatic defrosting device is adopted to maintain the frost thickness of the evaporator always under 3mm and ensure that the quick-freezing machine can carry out 24-hour continuous production. The heat exchanging efficiency of the evaporator is greatly enhanced, and the power consumption of refrigerating compressor and fan is reduced. For quick-freezing output per unit, about20%of power consumption can be saved.
All parts are made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy and food level plastics, which comply with the food hygienic standards.
The high-efficiency cleaning device is provided to clean the residues on the net belt. All designs guarantee the facility and easy operation for cleaning and ensure hygienic safety of foods.
This quick-freezing line is widely used in process green beans, taro, mushrooms, lotus root, asparagus, green pepper, cauliflower, corn, strawberries, chestnut etc.
