Introduction

Construction

1. Feeding part: Adopt two kinds (big one and small one) valves to control the three kinds feeding: fast, slow and exactness.
2. Weighing shelf: The weighing shelf connected with sensor, and convey the weight signal to the electric box which controlling the operation of the machinery.
3. The electro motion car operated by the motor and run in the track to convey the products.
The cars' position controlled by worker and the final position is determined by the limit switch.
4. Electric box: Exterior signal and the sensor signal are conveyed to the electric box, which could control the   feeding ON and OFF, cylinder lifting and the car running through finished program.

Application:

It can be used grains, fertilizer, plastic granules, etc.

Working flow of ton bag packing machine:

Before packing, the operator hang the 4 slings of the packing bag on the 4 lifting hooks and then cover the feeding opening of the packing machine on the sealed feeding cylinder. Then the operator starts the bag-clamping device to clamp the bag on the feeding pipe. Then, the blowing fan will blow air into bag for reshaping, and then start the feeding switch so that the packing machine will automatically go to working procedure (meanwhile the dust collection device begins to work): feeding at high or medium speed (at this time the vibrating device on the track truck is tamping the materials) —— feeding at slow speed —— stop feeding when rated weight is reached, then fall on the track truck —— be conveyed to the destination and the machine stops automatically —— be transported by the forklift or travelling crane.
