Customized flour packaging line for Azerbaijani customer

In June 2023, an Azerbaijani customer customized a small flour production line for packaging 50 kg of bagged flour.
The machine adopts industrial PLC and touch screen control, easy operation, high stability.  Suitable for quantitative packaging of granular and powdery materials such as flour, pesticide, fertilizer, veterinary medicine, feed, premix, additive, washing powder, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sugar, seeds, rice, etc.  
It can be used with bucket feeder and sealing machine to form filling line.

Features

1、The screw feeding system is used, and the stop valve is configured in front. When the feed is stopped, the stop valve is closed in time, which can achieve accurate feeding more effectively.  
2、The skein through the inverter control, each can again achieve fast, slow three-speed feeding, stepless speed regulation, precision is more stable and reliable.
3、The bearing adopts external structure, bearing does not contact with the material, reasonable guarantee the quality of the material.
4、 Arc transition is adopted in all internal contact materials to avoid accumulation.
5、From the feed port to the bag, the inside are sealed with soft connection, no internal dust floating.
6、The bag bucket to the metering barrel has an internal air return channel, mutual air, effective control of dust spillover.  
7、The configuration of unified dust collector interface, for the customer dust collector system air pipe docking.
8、The key point of the metering barrel and bag discharge channel is equipped with a bin wall vibrator to ensure that the internal sticky material is minimized.
