In February 2023, a food processing plant in Egypt ordered a food processing line that integrates sterilization, cooling and air drying.This production line is used for pasteurization cooling of bagged products.
Features:
1. The use of food grade SUS304 stainless steel production, long-term use without rust, no corrosion, long service life, and not easy to deformation.
2. The equipment adopts SUS304 stainless steel chain plate transportation, the machine works in the whole automatic transmission, continuous feeding and discharging. Both sides of the chain are equipped with protective devices to prevent material from being involved in the chain and causing material damage.
3. The design of reasonable tensioning device can effectively adjust the tightness of the chain plate and prevent the slack and deviation of the chain plate.
4. The bottom of the sink adopts a word inclined seamless welding, the bottom of the sink has a 6cm slope from one side to the other side, the large diameter drain, conducive to the equipment sewage, drainage thoroughly.
5. The inlet is equipped with a water flow propulsion device to prevent the inlet from storing materials.
