In April 2023, a Swedish customer ordered a liquid fertilizer filling machine and a caustic soda packaging machine from our company.
1.Liquid fertilizer filling machine
This machine is an automated weighing and filling equipment, which functions to automatically pack a large amount of bulk liquid materials into predetermined containers with a high degree of automation. Manually place containers on the conveyor belt, and the equipment automatically positions the containers at the filling and discharging port, automatically weighs and fills them, and automatically outputs the containers after filling is completed. The filling system works stably and reliably, with easy operation and accurate weighing.
Various containers, iron drums or plastic drums that can be used for accurate quantitative filling between 10kg and 50kg.
Widely used in food processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, it can be designed and manufactured into anti-corrosion liquid filling scales, food grade liquid filling scales, and explosion-proof liquid filling scales according to customer needs.
2.Caustic Soda Packing Machine
The machine adopts industrial PLC and touch screen control, easy operation, high stability. Suitable for quantitative packaging of granular and powdery materials such as pesticide, fertilizer, veterinary medicine, feed, premix, additive, washing powder, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sugar, seeds, rice, etc.
It can be used with bucket feeder and sealing machine to form filling line.
