In March 22, the Brazilian customer found our company, hoping to purchase a 25KG food salt packaging machine, after understanding the customer's production environment, packaging specifications and operating habits, our engineer team quickly responded, put forward a set of tailored solutions, after several rounds of meticulous communication and technical exchanges, our professionalism and sincerity to impress the Brazilian customer. They gave us a high opinion of our plan, and we finally got the order.
The machine consists of a bag library, bag-picking and reshaping device , an upper bag robot, a bag-clamping filling device, a bag holding-pushing device, a bag guiding device, and control system. Features are as follows:
(1)a wide range of adaptability bag types. Packaging machine adopts robot picking bag-fetching way , bags on positioning ,bag sending forward, bag mouth positioning, pre-open bag, bag robotinserted knife insert into bag, and meanwhile , both sides of vacuum suckers clamped on bag sides, finishing bag supplying process . This kind of bag-supplying way dont need accurate bag size range and its material ,which may reducing the bag costs.
(2) upper bag robot arm is driven by servo motor. Compared with pneumatic manipulator, it has the advantages of high speed, smooth bag, no impact, long service life, etc..
(3) the clamping bag blanking device is provided with two micro switches in the position of the clamping bag mouth, and is used for checking whether the opening of the packing bag is fully clamped and whether the bag mouth is fully opened. In order to ensure that the packaging machine does not misjudge, will not spill on the ground, improve the efficiency of the packaging machine and field operating environment.
(4) electromagnetic valve and other pneumatic components are sealed design, not exposed installation, suitable for dust environment, so as to ensure that the equipment has a longer life.
