◎ Preparations before operation
1. Please check whether the vegetable cutting machine is in good condition before working, and check whether the cutting blade is sharp, especially check whether the electrical circuit is safe.
2. Use more than 60 degrees water to clean the vegetable cutting machine conveyor and cutting blade.
3. Open the power switch and check whether idling is normal.
◎ Operation
1. According to different quality for different products to adjust the thickness knob of cutting machine.
2. Open the cutting machine power switch to make it normal working.
3. Close the transmission shaft and maintain cover above the blade. Do not reverse operation.
4. Put the vegetable average on the conveyor.
◎ Cleaning after operation
1. Use more than 60 degrees water to clean the vegetable conveyor, cutting blade, cutting machine and water tray.
2. Put the vegetable cutting machine in the cool, ventilated and dry place.
