Steps:
1. Check and observe the water air filter and atomized lubricator for the pneumatic combination. Exclude the hydrops. Add the oil if it is not enough.
2. During the production, always check the mechanical parts to see whether the rotation, rise and fall are normal or not, at the same time, ensure the bolts are firm.
3. Always check the ground wire of the liquid filler equipment to ensure the ground device is reliable. And always clean the weighing platform. Also check whether the pneumatic circuit has the air leakage and whether the air pipe is broken.
4. Change the lubricating oil for reduction gears every year, check the firmness of the chains and adjust the tension of it timely.
5. Drain the materials in pipe if the Juice filler machine hasn’t been used for a long time.
6. To do a good job of cleaning and hygiene, keep the machine surface clean, often clear the product material on the balance of body, pay attention to keeping the cleanness in electric control cabinet.
7. Sensor is device of high-precision, high-tightness, and high sensitivity. So it is strictly prohibited to be hit and overload, and contact is also allowed in the working process without maintenance needs.

Warning: When maintaining the automatic water filling machine, operators should cut off the circuit breaker or pull the plug to avoid the electric shock, burns and injuries.
