Service

Pre-sale service:

• Service tenet: Quality first, service upmost. Based on customer's questions for quick, decisive, accurate, thoughtful and thorough response.
• Provide detailed information for the customer to understand the performance and applicable range of the equipment. According to customers’ question, giving answer of seeking truth from facts.
• Service aim: make customer satisfaction. To meet customer's request for inspecting our equipment, users can either visit our factory to see working machinery or making appropriate modifications or increase their corresponding function according to users’ requirement.
• Before equipment delivery, provide training for users if they need.

After-sale service:

• Service efficiency: equipment once failures, technical personnel must respond within 2 hours after being notified and give corresponding solutions.
• Service principle: warranty for our machinery is one year, which including the main spare parts. During the warranty period, no matter what kind of parts damaged, free charges and service be provided by us.
• Delivery service: we provide operation manual, general assembly drawing, wearing parts and spare parts list together when goods delivery.
• Life-long follow-up service, all equipment exceed one year warranty, For the damaged parts only charge the part cost and free for service.
