Situation one: If big deviation appears for the position of bag cutting and has a big gap with the color code, and color code positioning fault occurs when the full automatic powder packing machine is running, then first you can try to adjust the position of optoelectronic switch. If it doesn’t work, clean the bag former then, insert the package material into the paper deflector, adjust the position of the paper deflector and makes the spot overlap with the middle of color code.
Situation two: A common failure is that paper-offering motor is stuck or doesn’t rotate. To solve this problem, first check whether the paper-offering lever is stuck or not, whether the starting capacitance is damaged or not, any problem with the protector tube, and then change the parts according to the checking result.
Situation three: Bag sealing effect. This phenomenon not only wastes material but also pollutes the workshop and the powder packing equipment because the raw material is powder which is easy to diffuse.
Situation four: Once the packing material is pulled apart by the powder machine, remember to check the circuit of the motor and check whether the proximity switch or not.
